Description:

As the Nonprofit Vice President of Future Change Foundation Inc., you will play a critical role in providing strategic leadership and oversight to support the achievement of our mission and organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with the President, staff, and volunteers to shape the future of our nonprofit.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
● Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization.
● Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, financial management, and fundraising.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
● Passion for the nonprofit's mission and a commitment to its values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with the President in developing and implementing the nonprofit's strategic vision and goals.
2. Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nonprofit, including program management, fundraising, finance, and administration.
3. Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and mission-driven work.
4. Fundraising and Development: Collaborate with the development team to design and execute fundraising strategies, including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
5. Board Relations: Work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations for the Home Office Division. Assist in board development and engagement.
6. Community Engagement: Represent the nonprofit in the community, fostering relationships with partners, donors, supporters, and other stakeholders.
7. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure the nonprofit's financial stability.

8. Program Impact: Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, making recommendations for program improvements as needed.
9. Advocacy and Public Relations: Advocate for the nonprofit's mission and initiatives through public relations activities, speaking engagements, and media relations.
10. Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements for nonprofit organizations.
11. Mission Alignment: Uphold the nonprofit's mission, vision, and values in all decision-making and actions.

As the Fundraiser Coordinator for Future Change Foundation Inc., you will play a critical role in
planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and campaigns. Your creativity, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking will help generate the resources needed to support our mission and make a positive impact in our community.

Qualifications:

● Greensboro, NC residents preferred
● Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or event planning.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

● Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.

● Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, including online giving, direct mail, and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives.
2. Event Planning: Organize and manage fundraising events, including g
alas, charity auctions, and community outreach events.
3. Donor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters to secure financial contributions and sponsorships.
4. Grant Writing: Assist in grant proposal development and submission to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the nonprofit's mission, goals, and target audience.
2. Content Creation Assistance: Brainstorm and create or edit compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements, to share on social media platforms.
3. Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar, scheduling and organizing posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
4. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience to build a sense of community.
5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and fundraisers, collaborating with the fundraising and marketing teams to maximize impact.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media metrics, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts. Use data to refine strategies.
7. Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
